How we work?
Our Process
We begin with sampling. From an approved design brief, samples are ready within 5 to 7 days. Once the sample is signed off, production runs 2 to 4 weeks depending on order volume and yarn availability. Finishing, sewing, labelling and packaging are all handled in-house, so what leaves our facility is ready for your warehouse or retail floor.
Shipments are made on CPT terms with EUR.1 certification, allowing duty-free import into the EU for our European brand partners.
Our Machinery
We run twelve Stoll flat knitting machines across gauges 4 to 14, covering the full range from fine-gauge fashion knits to chunky constructions and precision technical components. Our fleet includes CMS and ADF models for seamless and 3D knitting. Machine programming, sewing and finishing are all done internally, which means faster turnaround and tighter quality control.
Materials We Work With
We source from certified yarn suppliers and work with the full spectrum of natural and technical fibres. Our standard range includes merino wool, lambswool, alpaca, cashmere, cotton, organic cotton and acrylic. GOTS certified yarns are available on request. For technical applications we also work with recycled blends, synthetics and high-performance fibres. If you have a specific material in mind, we will find it.
