Technical Knitting

Knitted shoe uppers produced on Stoll ADF machinery, engineered with zone-specific construction: breathable mesh panels where ventilation matters, reinforced structures where support is needed. Each upper is shaped directly on the machine, eliminating cut-and-sew waste and ensuring consistent fit across production runs. We work from technical briefs, reference samples or CAD files.

Precision knitted covers and protective components for robotics and industrial applications. Knitted construction allows for complex three-dimensional shapes, material flexibility and zone-specific properties within a single piece.

Using puffed yarn and advanced 3D knitting techniques, we produce structured panels with built-in volume and cushioning properties. The result is a single-piece knitted component that can replace traditional padding, foam inserts or multi-layer constructions. Applications include furniture upholstery, medical support components, sports protective gear and wearable cushioning systems. No gluing, no laminating, no additional layers — the structure comes directly off the machine.
